1. Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure fast and efficient order processing, all orders are automatically initiated immediately after confirmation.
Therefore, we cannot accept order cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns only for products shipped directly by TrailGearLife, and only in cases where the item is faulty due to our error, such as:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of Purchase: Returned items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., order receipt or screenshot).

  • Prior Confirmation: Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support team to confirm the issue and obtain the official return address.

    • Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be guaranteed for successful delivery and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Do Not Use Package Address: Please do not send returns to the address printed on your package. This is not our return facility address. TrailGearLife is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Application Deadline & Ineligible Cases

  • Deadline: To request a refund, you must submit photo evidence of the damaged or defective item within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

  • Ineligible Scenarios: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Incorrect shipping address provided by you, resulting in failed delivery

    • Unavailability to receive the package at the time of delivery

    • Loss of the package after confirmed delivery (e.g., due to theft or local security issues)

    • Refusal to accept the delivered package

    • Shipping fees after the item has already been dispatched


3.2 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt.
We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within a few business days.


3.3 Troubleshooting: Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or payment account to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take several days for the refund to appear officially.

  3. Contact your bank, since financial institutions may require 3–10 business days to process refunds.
